Job Description

At ASA we are looking for an HR Generalist (Human Resources) to join our team and implement various human resources programs. Responsibilities: ● Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes such as interviews, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. ● Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives. ● Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. ● Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies. ● Undertake tasks around performance management and ability to write OKRs. ● Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities. ● Participate in suggesting new procedures and policies to continually improve the efficiency of the HR services as a whole, and to improve the employee experience. ● Coordination of social work for employees, such as the provision of gifts for special events, and so on. ● Prepare different HR reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Requirements

● Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR generalist. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related fields from a reputable university. ● Have a growth mindset and hunger for continuous learning. ● Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs). ● Familiarity with recruiting KPIs to measure success. ● Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures. ● Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines also Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. ● Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. ● Ability to work with a team. ● Good command of English.
