Job Description

- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes - Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives - Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies - Assist in implementation of performance management - Assist in implementation employee training processes - Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates - Prepare quarterly and annual Hr reports - Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form -Working on the other Hr activities such as job analysis

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, or related field and/or - 3-5 years of HR related experience and proven HR applied proficiency. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential situations with professionalism and diplomacy. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines. - Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. - Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. - Proficient with Microsoft Office specially Excel.
