Job Description
-Analyzing monthly HR department budgeting and accounting reports.
-Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
-Prepare and update job descriptions based on usual processes.
-Prepare and update salary scale based on standards and common methods.
-Design & Provide organization chart.
-Design and update human resource processes based on academic and practical modeling methods.
-Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
-participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
-Assist with the recruitment process by identifying business plan.
-Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
-Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
-Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
-Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
-Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
