We are looking for a human resource generalist to assist Ostadkar HR team align to our growing organization. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas:
Benefits administration, employee relations, training, communications, performance management, on boarding, policy design and implementation, recruitment and employment law compliance.
The ideal candidate has experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments with remote work forces and can help scale/manage our rapid growth.
We are seeking someone who can thrive in ambiguous situations, while fostering a collaborative, open, and fun culture! Responsibilities: -Assist in recruitment effort -Develop people oriented and on-boarding programs to positively impact change management
-Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all team personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
-Assist and constantly improve on-boarding and off-boarding processes for new hires within these departments including payroll, benefits, and exit interviews
-Assist in assess employee training and development needs and prepare training calendar -Assist to prepare Job Profile for all positions at company -Assist to improve internal communication.
-Have at-least 3 years related experience in HR department.
-Have a thorough knowledge of Labor Law of Iran. -Have a strong interest in producing high quality work product with a focus on continual improvement.
-Have excellent oral and written communication skills. Can express ideas, thoughts and concepts clearly and concisely. -Have outstanding interpersonal skills. Are able to develop and manage productive relationships at all levels, establish trust and respond to staff in a thoughtful, sensitive and timely manner.
-Must have sound judgment and the ability to use discretion in handling sensitive HR issues, along with skill in providing objective, neutral, and strategic HR services.
-Have demonstrated excellent employee service. Resolve problems responsively, creatively and logically. -Are able to work effectively both independently and on a small, collaborative HR team. -Have demonstrated understanding and application of computer technology to efficiently accomplish work, using Google Technology.
-Keep apprised & updated on new regulations, company policies & procedures. -Other duties as assigned.
