Job Description

•News Letter Management: -Identifying communication needs for projects affecting the Employee Experience -Writing and editing content with a focus on ensuring that communications use consistent messaging for tone and look-and-feel, and reinforce the desired Employee Experience -Coordinating, sequencing, and identifying common themes for communications efforts across the portfolio of HR work •Event Design and Management: -Preparing engaging stories that celebrate our employees’ achievements by using multiple channels and mediums -Designing and implementing of events that celebrates occasional celebrations of our employees -Managing on boarding program and controlling its effectiveness -Administrating and following up the training programs to enhance the learning experience •Communications: -Establishing relationships with colleagues in order to maintain and create a dynamic work environment in the organization -Consulting the employees in matters related to relationships with colleagues, including the interpretation of company values, job performance and proposing corrective actions in relationships with colleagues -Communicating effectively with managers and supervisors by motivating better listening to colleagues and improving their relationships -Holding and analyzing the colleagues' satisfaction and proposing corrective strategies

Requirements

-At least 1 year of experience as a human resources communication expert or related field -Expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Additional software skills (Photoshop and/or InDesign) is a plus -Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines (Project Management knowledge is a plus) -Creative/ innovative mindset, flexible -Able to perform within tight time frames -Strong team player -Ideal Age Range: 22 - 40
