Job Description

éclair, with over 10 years of experience is a holding company that at the moment is focusing on producing French pastries and actively moving forward to expand the business by entering cuisine and opening more branches for éclair patisserie. We have more than 70 employees and looking for a strong and capable, talented, and professional Human Resources (HR) Expert with understanding and passion for this job and who can oversee and manage all HR matters related to eclairs growth strategies. The successful candidate will be passionate about recruiting, supporting, and evolving employees through our company’s guidelines and managing processes. Your main responsibilities will include: ● Create and complete personnel records and correspondence. ● Create Monthly performance reports. ● Calculate and regulate personnel's monthly salary reports. ● Track and implement employee-driven incentive and welfare plans. ● Job recruitment ads for different units of the company. ● Establish communication and interaction with employees in order to resolve their problems and needs within the framework of the rules and procedures existing in the organization. ● Execute administrative staff-related staff interruptions. ● Coordinate the time and conduct interviews with selected individuals. ● Provide employment contracts for employees and keep track of their completion at due time. ● Do all affairs related to company insurance. ● Design and implement effective training and development plans. ● Perform quarterly and annual employee performance reviews. ● Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or relevant fields. ● Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar role. ● Experience in the food and beverage business is a plus, otherwise, a person with a history in the production and industrial section is preferred. ● Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes. ● Good understanding of the full recruitment process. ● Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. ● Solid problem-solving and team management abilities. To excel in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, with in-depth knowledge of the recruiting process and labor regulations.
