● Carrying out training needs assessment based on job and employee in order to determine the training needs of employees ● Training planning is based on needs assessment and short-term and long-term goals ● Carrying out the necessary correspondence to determine the training benefits of the employees on the basis of these notification letters in order for the employees to enjoy the relevant benefits. ● Determining appropriate training courses and extracurricular classes for staff and trainees
