Job Description

- Manpower selection process (recruitment of advertisement text, the publication of the announcement, resume review, interview) - Social Security Insurance - Perform supplementary health insurance - Setting up work contracts - Registration and archiving of documents - Educational activities (educational needs assessment, follow-up training classes) - Preparation of statistical reports and their analysis - Performance evaluation and analysis

Requirements

• Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training and development, labor relations and negotiation. • Good command of negotiation and communication skill. • Minimum 2 years of related experiences (HR) • Knowledge of MS. Office (Specially Excel) • Excellent public relations skill.
