Job Description •Main Objective: selanehsabz is looking for an experienced Recruiting Specialist to involve in our talent attraction, screening, selection and overall staffing effort. The scope of the Recruiting specialist will include all areas of the recruitment life cycle (planning, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, onboarding) •Main Responsibilities: -Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans -Create and publish job ads in various portals -Use social media (LinkedIn, Instagram) to identify and source candidates -Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events -Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees -Screen resumes and job applications -Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates -Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive) -Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process -Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

Requirements

-M.A. or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources -Minimum 5 years of experience as recruitment specialist -Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role -Hands-on experience with the job sites like Iran Talent -Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn -Knowledge of Employment Laws and recruiting best practices. -Strong attention to details, analytical and problem solving skills. -Fluent in recruitment process & interviewing techniques -Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies -Excellent communication skills -Ideal Age Range: 24 - 35
