Job Description • Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training • Administrative assistance in terms of filing, archiving, updating JDs, internal recruitment activities • Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations. advances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence. • Arrange for in-house and external training activities. • Advises Head of Departments on the dead line of their staff’s contract with (employment revision contract form) and collect the completed forms for renewal of employment contracts • Prepares the necessary formalities for issuing Work Permit, Residency, Exit and reentry, etc. Controls and updates complementary insurance list of employees. • Manages All the administration of HR office ( letter, Job certification, recommendation, Promotion,…) • Monitors time sheet, Leave balance and filing of the requests • Submits required documents for registering employees on both Social Security and Complementary Insurance and keeps the insurance list of employees updated • Working hours: Sat-Wednesday 8:30 am-5:00 pm Thursday 8:30 am-12:30 pm

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in related field • Familiar with Donyae pardazesh and Rahkaran • At least bachelor degree in related majors • Familiar with administrative software • Knowledge of Personnel and Human Resources • At least intermediate English language level • Being responsible and committee • Self-motivated and willing to take initiative • Expert in terms of labor law and good understanding of insurance regulations • Familiar with all office works and office organizing techniques and ACDL
