You perform this role as a freelancer; all the processes are done online.
You do job interviews via Skype (computer due to Screen Sharing), but you can also interview by your mobile phone when necessary. After the interview you will complete the interview evaluation forms online.
You define your work calendar in the system and your free time can be selected by other members of the interview team as well as the job seeker. Interviews are available from at least one day prior to the interview with the candidates and other interviewers. Job interviews are usually between 13 pm and 17 pm. Phone-Screen interviews can also take place during non-office hours.
You need to be a very tech-savvy person, familiar with software tools or eager to learn and work with them. Get to know the tasks and roles of the Agile software development team members in an intentional way, for example the role of a Scrum Master or Front-End Developer.
You should have no trouble reading and understanding English texts, and if you have a fluent conversation that is a privilege.
Establish friendly communication with staff via Skype, chat, phone, etc. for evaluation, coordination of salaries, benefits, criticism, suggestions, and so on.
Extract the required job resumes from various recruitment sites and move to the company automation and then proceed with the recruitment process (such as general or specialist resume evaluation, phone-screen, interview scheduling and so on).
You perform staff performance with KPI and goal setting with OKR (If you don't know we are by your side).
You calculate the personnel salaries, wages, bonuses and so forth, based on the work they have recorded in different systems and submit to accounting department.
Sometimes it needs to we have a session in our office.
