Job Description

- Recruit and coordinate interviewing, references, and documentation for staff hiring - Posting openings in Linked-In, Iran Talent, other web-based sources and also in newspaper advertisements - Coordinate and conduct of HR activities such as Job analysis and description, Job satisfaction - Providing and updating HR databases. - Designing & implementing organizational chart - Adjust the organization processes - Implementing Performance Management. - Assisting with the establishment of employee training system that addresses the company's training needs - Developing employee satisfaction and engagement programs - Plan, organize activities for personnel welfare benefits to the management - Coordination of social work for employees, such as the provision of gifts for special events, and so on

Requirements

- Master degree in Human Resources or industrial engineering from a reputable university - Proficient in principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems - Proficient in HRM activities such as Job analysis and description, Job satisfaction, Performance appraisal, Training processes - Minimum 3years of experience as an HR generalist - Excellent written and verbal communication - Ability to work under pressure - Ability to work with team (headquarter HR Team) - Proficiency in MS office -Ideal - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
