- Designing & implementing organizational chart
- Adjust the organization processes
- Implementing Performance Management.
- Assisting with the establishment of employee training system that addresses the company's training needs
- Developing employee satisfaction and engagement programs
- Plan, organize activities for personnel welfare benefits to the management
- Coordination of social work for employees, such as the provision of gifts for special events, and so on
