Job Description

-Assist in hiring process by coordinating job posting on the website, reviewing resumes, and performing telephone interviews and reference checks -Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development Works with managers to develop job descriptions. -Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, etc. and resolve issues and problems -Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics -Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies -Assess and Analyze training needs to develop new training programs and improve existing programs. -Evaluate effectiveness of training programs based on standard models such as Kirkpatrick -Coordinate or performs administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs -Assist in performance management systems and communication -Continuously look for ways to improve processes and propose ideas related to assigned duties -Responsible for HR dashboards and strategic manpower planning reports including manpower budgeting -Performs other obligations and duties at the request of the Manager

Requirements

-A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, IT or a related field -Minimum of 2 years General HR experience -Having good knowledge of HRM activities -Presentation & Interpersonal Skills -Being responsible and committed -Self-motivated and willing to take initiative -Organization skills -Fluent in English -Proficient in Microsoft programs: (Words, Excel, Power point, Outlook) -Proficient in SPSS -Ideal Age:25-35
