Job Description
• Handle the recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, selection, interview, and offer letters. Succession planning, Preparing Succession Graphs for strategic roles and Career path management • Workforce planning processes • Newcomer Orientation and socialization plans • Development and implementation of performance management system • Reviewing the Recruitment and Selection system and hiring processes • Analysis of the human resources statistics such as job satisfaction survey and turnover rate • Designing and implementing compensation and promotion system • Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs. • Prepare training budget for department or organization. • Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement. • Conduct or arrange for ongoing technical training and personal development classes for staff members. • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors or customer representatives
Requirements
• Education: Master Degree (Preferred MBA/ HR Management) from a reputable university • Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR field • Deep knowledge in HR field • Ability to work as a team player • Conceptual and Analytical Skills • Language: Fluent in English • Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office • Good communication skills • Ability to research
