Requirements

Master's degree Management from a Public university Minimum of 5 years of related work experience Being completely familiar with: Administrative Affairs Automation Salary Policies and Staff Grading Compensation Terms Familiar with Job Grading Familiar with Human Resources Software Familiar with HR Functions likes the principles and methods of recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, staff relations and negotiations, and personnel information systems.
