Job Description

- To prepare and update all personnel contracts - Manage employee leaves, mission, overtime processes - Employee insurance register - To prepare monthly time sheets - To prepare and process the monthly payroll - Preparing the official letters - Designing Company forms - Designing Employment Handbook - Professional HR KPIs - Preparing Head Count Company - To record employee information - Communicates with employees about their documentation and answers specific questions of employees related to their personnel issues - Support to continuously improve HR processes - Create and maintain personnel files


- Min. 2 years of experience in related positions - Excellent knowledge of labor law - Must be an effective listener with excellent interpersonal skills - Strong team player with the ability to communicate well - Strong capacity to track each request from manager - Proficiency with the English language paired with strong communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook - Ideal Age Range: 22-30 - Familiar to Labor Low - Familiar with Human Resources planning & strategies. - Familiar with job analysis, - Familiar with recruitment, staffing and administrative Rules - Familiar with performance evaluation systems
