Job Description

Assist with the process associated with the tactical recruitment phase, such as developing job analysis/essential task statements, processing requests for personnel actions documents, assisting with large-scale recruitment efforts, and ensuring recruitment request packages are complete and ready for action. -Conducting staff performance evaluations -Identify development opportunities -Performance appraisal -Evaluation & Measurement of job satisfaction -Analyze HR information and reports -Maintain and update human resources documents

Requirements

-BA in management and related fields -At least 3 years of experience in the related field -Good experience of HR Management practices -Ability to establish motivation and innovation system -Familiar with administrative Rules -Good Communications skills -Advanced computer skills -Maximum Age: 40
