Job Description

-Designing & implementing organizational chart - Creating and updating master data base -Providing all recruitment process from A to Z -Posting openings in Linked-In, Iran Talent, other web-based sources and also in newspaper advertisements -Having interview meetings with personnel to implement job description analysis for all positions, including junior, and senior positions -Assisting with the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company. -Reviewing company compensation and benefits and proposing new packages based on the market and employees needs quarterly -Managing Head Office Events -Assisting with the implementation of the performance management system -Assisting with the establishment of employee training system that addresses the company's training needs -The company is located in the west of Tehran

Requirements

-Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, industrial Management and industrial engineering -Minimum 3 years of combined experience as an HR generalist -Excellent written and verbal communication -Active listening -Ability to work under pressure -Ability to work with team (headquarter HR Team) -Proficiency in MS office -Ideal Age: 27-36 -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Good communication, team working and inter-personal skills
