Job Description

1. Designing & implementing organizational chart 2. Creating and updating master data base 3. Providing all recruitment process from A to Z 4. Posting openings, Iran Talent, other web-based sources and also in newspaper advertisements 5. Assisting with the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company 6. Managing HR section Events 7. Follow up of welfare services and compensation issues. 8. Among these issues can be discussed wage, reward, appreciation and encouragement, welfare and recreation 9. Assisting with the implementation of the performance management system 10. Assisting with the establishment of employee training system that addresses the company's training needs

Requirements

1. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, and industrial engineering 2. Minimum 3 years of combined experience as an HR generalist 3. Excellent written and verbal communication 4. Active listening 5. Ability to work under pressure 6. Ability to work with team (headquarter HR Team) 7. Proficiency in MS office 8. Ideal Age: 25-35 9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 10. Good communication, team working and inter-personal skills
