Job Description

*Develops and administers training programs for employees, assesses training needs for organizations, helps individuals and groups develop skills and knowledge, creates training manuals, presents in-person training sessions, monitors training for effectiveness. *The main responsibilities are as below: -Prepare quantitative and qualitative reports in the field of education -Preparation and scheduling of training, analysis and analysis of data in the reports of the field of education and human resources -Preparing and reporting salary reports, preparing and arranging reports of attendance and absenteeism -Adjusting employee satisfaction reports in the field of human resources, performing the process of employee performance appraisal

Requirements

-Minimum 6 years work experience in the field of education and human resources -Bachelor's or Master's degrees in related fields - Interpersonal skills, result oriented, highly resilient and motivated -Ability to think analytically -Mastering the teaching process (making education needs assessment, preparing a training program, -preparing a standard of training, etc.) -Familiar with knowledge management and other Human Resource Systems -Familiar with labor laws and social security, payroll, recruitment, attendance -Familiar with educational software -Full mastery of reporting through all MS-Office software -Fluent in English -Ideal Age Range: 35-45
