Job Description

• Handle recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, selection, interview, and offer letters • Respond to escalated queries around HR policies, processes and ways of working with regards to the general HR guidelines within the Group. • Deliver change projects in line with the HR and business agenda • Coordinate performance appraisal and review system to make sure the deadlines are met and the required information is in place. • Develop, implement, and advocate HR programs and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy and corporate culture. • Administer an effective on-boarding program for new joiners based on policy. • Create and revise job descriptions as per business needs. • Ensure compliance with Iran Labor laws and Company policies in all C&B process and execution

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Management, English, computer or a related field - Minimum 2 years of experience HR Development - Additional HR training is a plus - Knowledge of HR systems and databases - Expert at working with Office, Visio, PSS - Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices - Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills - Good knowledge of English language - Extremely flexible work - Multitasking ability - Self-motivating - Age limit: 24-32
