Job Description

- Handle recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, selection, interview, and offer letters - Respond to escalated queries around HR policies, processes and ways of working with regards to the general HR guidelines within the Group - Deliver change projects in line with the HR and business agenda - Coordinate performance appraisal and review system to make sure the deadlines are met and the required information is in place - Develop, implement, and advocate HR programs and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy and corporate culture - Administer an effective on-boarding program for new joiners based on policy - Create and revise job descriptions as per business needs

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Management (Preferably Industrial trend), Industrial Engineering or a related field - Sufficient familiarity with the main branches of human resources (Recruitment, Performance Evaluation, Training, Compensation Services) - Minimum 2 years of experience HR Development - Additional HR training is a plus - Knowledge of HR systems and databases - Expert at working with Office and Visio - Full proficiency in EXCEL software (Formulating Functions) - Introduction to Access Software - Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices - Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills - Good knowledge of English language - Extremely flexible work - Multitasking ability - Self-motivating - The power of decision making in different working conditions - Has a good social relationship - Responsible - Committed to defined organization and occupation - Ability to manage time - Ability to learn fast - Ability to coordinate - Ability to negotiate - The ability to think critically - Ability to track issues - Ability to do teamwork - High flexibility - Creative - The ability to solve the problem - Ability to work in hard conditions - Ability to communicate effectively (with other organizational units) - Age limit: 24-35
