Job Description

- Design and implementation of recruitment process based on yearly phasing. - Implement the Training Master Plan system according to competency gap analysis. - Implementing the Company Competency Model. - Create and upgrade Training and requirement database. - Controlling the audit guidelines. - Assessment of employee satisfaction. - Implementing Performance Management. - Preparing a human resources dashboard each month. - Review job records - Coordination of social work for employees, such as the provision of gifts for special events, and so on.

Requirements

- Good knowledge of English language is a must - Extremely flexible work - Multitasking ability - Self-motivating - Ability to budget human resources - Has high patience - The power of decision making in different working conditions - Has a good social relationship - Responsible - Committed to defined organization and occupation - Age limit: 24-38 - Work experience: At least 3 years work experience in the field of human resources mostly Training and Development and Hiring process.
