Job Description
-Conducting full process of hiring and onboarding
-Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
-Complying with labor law and other legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, advising management on needed actions
-Handling performance management activities including goal setting, feedback and review sessions, performing employee bonus calculations
-Handling employee related events
-Handling employee health insurance paperwork, renewing the contract
-Maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues and professional relationship with external constituencies
-Prepare and renew all personnel contract
-Follow personnel issues related to payroll and benefit
-Off boarding and executing all process related to personnel who left company and calculated termination benefit
-Designing payroll & employee benefits to suggest necessary changing for improving the planning
-Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
-Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
