•Suggest new procedures and policies to improve the efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole
•Develop and design the training contents for empowering employees
•Conduct and improve performance management process
•Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
•Design and Implement effective and innovative initiatives to increase the employees’ engagement level
•Design and implement the right solution for culture development and redefine organizational values align with company’s strategy
•Facilitate the identification of leadership developmental needs for managers
-Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, MBA, Industrial Engineering
-At Least 2 Years of Experience in HR Fields
-Excellent communication and people skills.
