Job Description

- Establish a system that promotes employee welfare to increase employee satisfaction. - Integrates all HR activities within the group to ensure cost-effectiveness and reduce duplication of activities. - Develop and provide job descriptions for various positions. - Design, implement, and manage job evaluation and grading in a company based on the standard job evaluation system. - Recruitment Process owner - Establish a System for Performance Management - Develop Employees participation, motivation, and engagement programs and evaluates the results - Designing a retention plan to make sure the company is able to keep talents. - Designing a career path and succession plan.

Requirements

- At least 3 years of related experience - At least bachelor degree in Human Resource or related fields - Excellent communication skills - Ability to plan and manage time effectively - Creative, trustworthy, energetic and motivated - Fluency in the English Language
