Job Description

• Responsible for the development and implementation of leadership development programs • Responsible for the development and implementation of talent management process including, talent review meetings career development plan and succession planning • Promoting a coaching culture within the organization and managing the process of internal and external coaching • Designing and leading the internal assessment centers • Prepare business analysis and managerial report • Coordinate organization structure and job design initiatives • Design and maintain job profiles for the organization

Requirements

• M.S. in Human Resources Management or other relevant subjects • At least 5 years of working experience in the same position • English proficiency: Intermediate • Good searching skills within the technical sources (Books, Articles, Websites) • Good command of MS Office • Data driven and analytical skills • Able to handle the tasks and responsibilities independently • Highly resilient and result oriented • Good interpersonal skills • Learning agility • Presentation skills • Ideal Age Range: 28 - 33
