Job Description

The mission of this position is to coordinate, facilitate and improve the current affairs of the HR department. Some of the main tasks include: ● Scheduling meetings and appointments. ● Coordinating events. ● Reception of the clients of the unit and referring them to the intended individual. ● Preparing different types of necessary reports. ● Keeping confidentiality of the managerial information. ● Pursuing financial payments of the department. ● Pursuing the affairs related to the missions (flight ticket, hotel, etc.). ● Sending the correspondences and letters to the relevant individuals. ● Registering the financial information and purchase requests of the department in the SAP system.

Requirements

● At least Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Relations, English, Psychology, or related fields. ● At least 1 year of related experience in the field. ● Good knowledge of Office especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. ● Excellent communication and teamwork skills. ● Well-organized, detail, and result-oriented personality.
