Job Description

● Providing support to HR function for operation functions recruitment, offer process, on-boarding and induction, related training organization, employee talent cycle follow-up, and reporting tasks. ● Managing operation functions recruitment process including sourcing, CV screening, interviewing, and running BAT assessment centers. ● Preparing new joiners’ offer letters and ensuring their on-time on-boarding, and running induction sessions. ● Coordinating learning programs (Internal and external training), and operations-related events. ● Ensuring all BAT Pars policies, standards, and local regulations are followed. ● Managing HR-related expenses and timesheets. ● Providing support with executing HR engagement activities. ● Bringing initiatives to promote HR effectiveness in BAT Pars Factory.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management. ● Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in multinational companies. ● Written and spoken skills in both English and Farsi. ● Attention to detail and a genuine desire to provide support and service to others. ● Good communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills. ● Confident in dealing with all levels in the organization. ● Proactive and ambitious.
