Job Description
● Providing support to HR function for operation functions recruitment, offer process, on-boarding and induction, related training organization, employee talent cycle follow-up, and reporting tasks.
● Managing operation functions recruitment process including sourcing, CV screening, interviewing, and running BAT assessment centers.
● Preparing new joiners’ offer letters and ensuring their on-time on-boarding, and running induction sessions.
● Coordinating learning programs (Internal and external training), and operations-related events.
● Ensuring all BAT Pars policies, standards, and local regulations are followed.
● Managing HR-related expenses and timesheets.
● Providing support with executing HR engagement activities.
● Bringing initiatives to promote HR effectiveness in BAT Pars Factory.
