Job Description

• Source passive candidates • Search resume databases for ideal candidates • Communicate effectively with hiring managers • Build a robust and consistent talent pool to find qualified candidates, both active and passive • Screen CVs and identify the most qualified for a given position • Posting job openings on media and social media outlets • Scheduling interviews • Attend job fairs and careers events • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods

Requirements

• Good knowledge about best practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task • Proficient with computers, especially in MS Office • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise • University degree in office administration, the management, or related field preferred • Good knowledge of English preferred
