Job Description

● Manage and provide HR Administration services: labor documents, employment contracts, employment status changes (hiring, transfers, and terminations), international employees' work permits, work visas, registration, employee database maintenance, etc. ● Create, update, implement, and control internal policies and regulations related to staff. ● New joiners onboarding (control probation period end date, arrange performance review, and collect evaluation results). ● Assist in launching and regular operation of HR internal processes. ● Recruit for new positions and interview candidates. ● Participate in HR projects and develop new HR practices in the company

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related fields. ● At least 3 years of experience in HR administration. ● Strong knowledge of the Iranian labor code and related HR procedures. ● Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (Russian as a plus). ● Ability to work well under pressure respecting deadlines. ● Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. ● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, positive personal and professional image, and high standards of professional behavior and ethics. ● A systematic approach to problem-solving. ● Pro-active attitude and work commitment.
