- Workforce plan development, workforce plan execution, recruiting
- Performance management system
- Learning priorities, learning and development program implementation
- Human resources audits, human resources information systems
- HR administration
Requirements
- At least 2 years professional experience, experiences in oil & Gas industry is preferable
- Higher professional education (Bachelor/ Master), relevant professional certification or Postgraduate program is preferably
- Intermediate English level
