Job Description

“I want the chance to stand out while being part of something outstanding" Local HR Service Delivery: - Deliver local administrative services in line with Standard Routines across HR Processes. - Provide timely information to Human Resource Business Partner and Line Managers as appropriate. - Deliver specific process steps that require physical presence (e.g. paper filing, document stamping, etc) - Deliver specific process steps related to non-fully connected employees (e.g. personal data update) - Ensuring correct Payroll, SSO & Tax calculations Service Delivery: - Work together with internal stakeholders across the HR value chain ensuring a consistent and efficient execution of local activities - Works closely with Human Resource Business Partner and Line Managers to ensure a high level of employee service. - Provide relevant information and manage local HR processes (e.g. PY, Benefits) Implementation of Policies and Practices: - Ensures policies, practices and procedures are applied, understood and followed with a customer centric mindset. - Contribute to ensuring data accuracy and timeliness. HRBP and Line Manager support: - Have a general knowledge about the HR processes, acting as local support to HRBPs, Line Managers and employees. Customer Experience continuous improvement: - Provide a high quality first level customer experience - Identify improvement opportunities and liaise with stakeholders on how to implement them

Requirements

• Fluency in English is must. • Experience interfacing and skillfully communicating in a professional manner with all levels of employees, including top-level executives. • Strong organization, planning and multitasking skills required to manage several tasks simultaneously. • High level of tact confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive business information. • Understanding of diverse global cultures, company’s organization and businesses. • Passion for administrative HR activities • Eager to learn HR processes • Strong coordination skills with high work rate • Strong excel skills. • Change Agility and Flexibility when capacity loaded • Recommended: 2 plus years’ experience in a multinational business environment with a focus in HR (C&B / Transfers/ Payroll) related activities.
