Job Description

Consultation in the fields: - Recruiting for current job openings. - Designing & delivering effective HR practices. - Addressing employee relations and health/safety issues, such as work complaints, or other employee concerns. - Building employee commitment and ensuring retention of high quality employees. - Driving personnel development and training programs, and managing new employee induction programs. - Maintaining personnel records and analyzing employment-related data. - Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with the management and employees. - Day-to-day tasks that are focused on running the organization. - Payroll and salary administration. - Dealing with compliance issues. - Designing and implementing performance management system. - Training and innovative ways of using training to keep good people along with Spreading the knowledge on 'people management'. - Liaison between staff and management. - Providing staffing level required by the laws and regulations. - Preparing, issuing & revising set of organizational tasks posts.

Requirements

-Master degree in Management, Human Resources or Industrial Engineer - Minimum 8 years of experience. -3 years management experience. -Knowledge about law and staffing matter. -Soft Skills and Personality traits: - Strong knowledge of Social Security regulations, labor law and Insurances. - Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills. - Ability to work under pressure. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills. - Consulting ability and skills
