Job Description

The HR Business Partner is responsible to define and manage the consistent implementation of human resources strategies, policies, and procedures as well as all activities related to the personnel and employee relations affairs (in related functions) in order to minimize problematic scenarios and enhance working conditions in the business unit. Main accountabilities: ● Provide advice in the design and implementation of professional HR systems and processes in order to enhance business productivity. ● Manage the consistent implementation of HR Policies to ensure adherence to set policies and procedures. ● In charge of manpower (internal/external) and organizational development. ● Maintain performance management system. ● Manage compensation and benefits system. ● Manage recruitment process. ● Generate regular and special reports to summarize and forecast any kind of HR activities such as recruitment, training, etc., and escalate critical issues to provide effective recommendations. ● Manage different kinds of HR projects like employee engagement surveys, job evaluation surveys and etc. ● Collect training needs from related departments and participate in designing innovative learning plans and training calendars.

Requirements

● University degree preferably in HRM. ● Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources management. ● Fluent in both Farsi and English. ● Effective organizing, planning, and interpersonal skills. ● People management skills. ● Strong knowledge of labor law.
