Job Description
We are looking for 2 qualified HR Business Partners to implement and manage human resources functions and operations such as talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, C&B, employee engagement, and satisfaction.
1- HRBP Industrial functions (Supporting Production, Technical, and Logistics).
2-HRBP Supportive functions (Finance, Supply Chain, IT, HR, and Procurement).
● Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
● Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
● Utilize the talent development process and tools delivered by Expertise Teams in order to provide and develop the diverse talent pipeline for both the short and medium-term needs of the company.
● Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
● Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
● Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
● Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
● Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
● Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
● Identify training needs and individual executive coaching needs.
● Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
● Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
● Strengthen and promote the company image, as well as its diversity, by ensuring respect for the Group's values and code of ethics.
