Job Description
We are seeking an experienced human resources business partner to join our growing organization. In this position, you will primarily act as a consultant for company management on all issues related to human resources. You will be assigned to specific teams and functions and will be responsible to ensure all HR related processes are running smoothly in the assigned teams. You should be a proactive communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions.
Responsibilities:
-Assist in hiring practices and promoting diversity awareness
-Mentor managers on employee development best practices
-Responsible for administering performance management programs
-Provide guidance on organizational behavior and conflict resolution
-Systematically monitor the employee engagement indicators and employee complaints and initiate improvement actions
-Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
-Identify training needs for teams and individuals
-Evaluate training programs
-Align the procedures within his team with company HR strategies
-Detect problems actively and find the best solution to resolve them in collaboration with the team leaders
-Make plans to empower leaders in soft skills and help them run it
