Conducting workforce planning to identify the requirement of today and tomorrow of business
Sourcing candidates for job Vacancies and shortlisting with managers
Arranging, attending different kind of interviews and assessment for new candidates
Consulting with managers on assessing candidates, in selection process
Conducting offer meeting with candidate to ensure utilizing of the company capacity into high level of attraction
Manage the administration of candidate's application and response to their queries
Design, develop and deliver employee on boarding and off-boarding process
Interface employees queries and provide consultancy to ensure they are remained motivated and productive
Manager exit and off boarding process align with labor law policy and procedure
Manage the internal movement, job rotation, promotion, suspension and all other employee activities
Preparing ad-hoc and regular report on staffing activities and progress
Collaborate with other team members of HR to facilitate HR Projects
Manage Employee relationships and queries in time of disputes
Researching and providing best practice on improvement of process
Monitor social media activates and develop content to reflect company culture
Promote Employer Brand with social media activities
Draft sourcing and maintaining policy and procedure align with overall company strategy
Develop retention plan for organization talents and track the execution
Arranging HR Events and conduct coordination with suppliers
