Job Description

-Understand the business environment and its implications on the business and people strategy (industries, markets, customers, HR, people practices etc.) -Develop and communicate the local Strategy and translate it into HR goals and actions. -Collaborate with HR deputy to ensure alignment between company’s strategy and local people strategy and related HR initiatives - Ensure effective implementation of HR Strategy in line with manufacturing’s’ needs. -Lead the implementation of HR programs and initiatives for body shop (manufacturing). -Partner with leadership teams at relevant levels to drive performance and build organizational capability. - Interview candidates as necessary (critical talent and workers) and conducting exit interview and prepare the analytical reports -Coach and enable executives to be more effective leaders and to identify needs for change management and champion related activities. -Drive discussions related to workforce and organization design changes and provide recommendations. -Partnering with business leaders to actively analyze and drive cultural change in line with business strategy. -Enable local business to develop a diverse, robust talent pipeline -Guide the business on the appropriate HR programs, processes, and policies based on the business environment / strategy. -Orchestrate and connect business with experts across the HR value chain to develop new or leverage existing solutions. -Responsible for or contributing to HR activities in manufacturing-Body shop and partnering with required parties

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree required in Human Resources Management or related field, Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred - Minimum 5 years of combined experience in an HR business partner role and familiar with recruitment, talent management, leadership development, performance management and compensation and benefits area - Excellent written and verbal communication; high quality document and report preparation - Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization - Ability to work independently, as well as team member of both business and HR teams - Ability to analyze Data, preparing the analytical reports and work with related graphs. - Excellent in Ms. Excel. - having auto-industry experience has great privilege. - Successful record of executing operational processes and procedures, with high levels of customer satisfaction
