Job Description

• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.) • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.) • Communicate with public services when necessary • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees • Assist in sourcing candidates and updating our database

Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in the similar role • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) • Patient, tactful, diplomatic and approachable • Have good spoken and written communication skills • Respect the importance of confidentiality • Have good organizing skills and be able to develop plans, policies and forecasts • Be able to work as part of a team • Be able to work accurately, with good attention to detail • Be able to use databases, spreadsheets, word processing and accounts packages • Fluent in English
