Job Description

Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence. Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations. Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants. Provide assistance in administering employee benefit programs and worker's compensation plans. Answer questions regarding examinations, eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other pertinent information. Prepare and set up for new employee orientations. Gather personnel records from other departments or employees. Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actions. Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities. Request information from law enforcement officials, previous employers, and other references to determine applicants' employment acceptability. . Prepare security-related duties. Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies. Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records. Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system. Verify attendance, hours worked onto designated application. Complete application showing employees' arrival and departure times. Assist to develop hr manual and policies.

Requirements

Bachelor in management, economy or liberal arts MBA in HR is preferred 2 years of related experience Expert in all fields of hr (payroll, performance appraisal, training and development, compensation & benefit and etc... Expertise with Iranian Labor law Fluency in English Good communication & negotiation skills
