•Main Objective: Superfrost company is looking for a HR Recruitment assistant who assists in day-to-day recruitment and HR activities and functions, in accordance with the Superfrost Ara's human resources policies and procedures. •Main tasks of the role include but not limited to: -Assist with day to day operations of HR functions with a main focus on recruitment activities -Answer all calls related to HR Department (hiring advertisement, take notes for creating candidates profile, give information to callers, take messages) -CV screening from different sources -Perform telephone interviews -Make calls for inviting potential candidates for interviews -Managing and updating the databases related to recruitment and HR -Compile and update Candidate CVs, Ads and records (hard and soft copies) -Process documentation and prepare reports relating to recruitment activities -Coordinate (conference, meetings, events, aptitude tests, surveys) and take minutes -Being a contact person between HR department and new comers or candidates -Orient new comers during the recruitment process and documenting the employee’s personnel file -Excellent writing skills in both Farsi and English -Reporting to: CEO & HR Supervisor -Duration: Full-Time -Working hours: Saturday - Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. - 17:30 p.m.
-At least Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering or related fields, any other related certificate is a plus -At least 1 year of experience in the same position in HR -Good command of MS-Office (word-excel) -Good command of Internet and Emailing -Excellent writing and translating skills in both Farsi and English -Knowledge of HR main functions & frameworks -Highly motivated for working in HR -Goal and task oriented -Excellent team work -Strong communication skills -Ability to handle deadline & high degree of multi-tasking -Must be fluent in English -Ideal Age Range: Maximum 30 -Current Residence: North of Tehran preferably
