Generic responsibilities: ● Staff management. ● Daily monitoring of progress in implementing the different HR strategies in the area. ● Ensure compliance with NRC policies, tools, manuals, and guidelines. ● Promote and share ideas for improving technical aspects of the job. ● Prepare periodic progress reports and other documents. ● Ensure training and transfer of critical skills to staff under supervision. ● Alignment with CO HR and Admin team on strategies and priorities. ● Liaison and collaboration with relevant local authorities and stakeholders. ● Promote the rights of internally displaced people and refugees. Specific responsibilities: ● Coordinate and supervise the recruitment and selection process in its various stages, guaranteeing quality standards and compliance with the procedure established for this purpose. ● Lead and supervise the management of employment contracts, service delivery, and learning, related to the area. ● Supervise onboarding plan and induction packages for new income to the organization. ● Support training planning processes and other human resources and NRC activities. ● Prepare statistical information requested by authorities, and management for the different monthly reports of the organization. ● Provide and advise reliable information on labor legislation and internal procedures/policies. ● Supervise and Follow-up to the phases of the Performance Management Cycle (PMC) and Workforce Planning to the area. ● Leading and supervising personnel records and developments in physical and digital human resources systems, according to established parameters and verifying compliance with legal requirements and internal policies in each person's records. ● Manage the operational process of employee end of the assignment ● Support CO HR in planning and delivery of Learning and Capacity Building plans. ● Supervise the coordination of missions in the area North.

Requirements

Generic professional competencies: ● Experience working in similar positions (in the context of humanitarian aid is a plus) Previous experience working in complex and volatile contexts. ● Proven experience related to the responsibilities of the office. ● Written and verbal fluency in English. Context/ Specific skills, knowledge, and experience: ● At least a Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Management or a relevant field. ● Strong planning and organizing skills. ● Proven knowledge and skills related to Human Resources and Administration in the Iranian context and Iranian Laws. ● Minimum four years of experience in the HR/Administration filed. ● Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
