Job Description

- Assisting in facilitation labor relations issues. - Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from the database. - Maintains data integrity of the payroll database by conducting regular reviews. - Assist in the maintenance of personnel files and datasheets. - Maintains compliance with Iran Labor Law regulations concerning employment. - Conducts new employee orientations to ensure employees gain an understanding of benefits. - Visa and Formalities Section. - Handles employee relations counselling, outplacement counselling, and exit interviewing. - Administers International and local Positive Employee Relations strategy. - Employees are to be assigned other duties, in addition to those described above, for day to day HR administrative activities according to the needs of the location or company. - Reporting to: Kish HR Representative. - Travel requirements: Frequent domestic travel.

Requirements

- University qualifications: Bachelor’s degree. - Experience: 1-2 years of relevant working experience. - Good knowledge in Labor Law and Social security insurance. - Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Good communication and presentation skills. - Able to work under pressure and multitasking. - Experience on Rahkaran System is an advantage. - Excellent English proficiency (writing, listening, speaking and reading). - Desired start date: 23 October 2019.
