Job Description

We are looking for an HR administrative manager to join our team and the day-to-day activities of our human resources department. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions. Responsibilities: ● Review and analyze labor law, rules, and regulations related to work relations especially those issues by the labor office and the social security organization, and assuring to implement them properly in the organization. ● Manage personnel contracts, personnel files, and the validity of information and documents. ● Address administrative and personnel issues in terms of leave, missions, upgrading of seasonal records, medical services and etc. ● Be the first point of contact for any HR- Admin and payroll issue and a reliable source with solution-providing aptitude. ● Verify attendance policy and timesheets, hours worked, pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records. ● Develop smart administrative procedures to monitor and reduce costs and improve the HR admin services level. ● Facilitate the welfare needs of employees. ● Create and Maintain department records and reports to be sent to the head of function or CEO. ● Prepare required HR documents, policies, and procedures for efficient, high return, and smooth management of daily jobs. ● Own and manage the required committee's responsibilities such as military committee, disciplinary, and so on. ● Optimize and improve the team and individuals’ performance by clarifying the targets and highlighting specific development areas, and then leading them to grow. ● Promote a positive working atmosphere within the team and among all stakeholders.

Requirements

● At least 5 years of experience in similar roles. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields. ● Be hands-on in HR and administrative affairs and a good team player and also excellent in team building and people management. ● Smart, data-oriented, and excellent in problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. ● Strong communication skills. ● Excellent in writing and verbal interactions, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. ● Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures. ● Strong knowledge of Iran's employment/labor laws. ● In-depth knowledge of MS Office and other technological tools. ● Ability to advocate for the organization in court and dispute resolution boards.
