Job Description

-Employee / Labor relations -Recruiting and staffing -Performance management and improvement systems -Organization development; Policy development and documentation -Site employee and community communication -Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns -Employee orientation, development, and training -Compensation and benefits administration -Employee services and counseling, Organizational and space planning -Managed administration, including reception -Organizational and space planning -Development of HR Department and personal ongoing development -Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment -Strong project management skills; ability to lead projects at Factory -Success in creating and driving effective employee relations, retention and reward programs -Administers various human resources plans and procedures for designated company personnel

Requirements

-Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field/ Master’s Degree and/or HR Certification preferred -At least 5 years of experience in related fields -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Proficient in the use of MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel -Job Location: East Azerbaijan - Maragheh
