Job Description

● Responsible for all financial tasks of the commercial (hotel supply) department. ● Maintain the live financial process of active hotels, updated payments, and engaged with the panel. ● Resolve issues and support hotel financial admins. ● Communicate for Matching competitive prices for all hotels. ● Analyze and control all new features on the financial panels. ● Negotiate with hotel managers, reservations, and especially financial departments. ● Work on CRM software (Jira – CRM), especially Excel dashboards. ● Follow the contract with new hotels. ● Fix finance contradictions through own hotel managers. ● Support hotel admins and troubleshooting (Hotel team and financial teams). ● Follow the changing cash method contract to credit contract with supply teams.

Requirements

● Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills. ● Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities. ● Problem-solving and decision-making skills. ● A detail-oriented approach. ● Presentation and performance report skills. ● Empathy, listening, and teamwork skills.
