Job description and duties Employee This job is responsible for designing and developing the corporate governance model in accordance with the strategy of the parent company as well as effective monitoring and supervision of the performance of subsidiaries. job description : - Preparation of regulations and instructions related to corporate governance - Analysis and monitoring of financial and operational performance of subsidiaries - Business analysis and performance review - Planning and budgeting of subsidiaries - Cooperation and interaction with subsidiaries with the aim of advancing strategic goals at the group level - Preparing analytical and specialized reports on the financial and operational status of subsidiaries for senior management - Development and promotion of the level of cooperation and interaction between the companies of the group by using technological tools - Cooperation in holding the annual meeting of subsidiaries - Planning to empower the company's representatives on the board of directors of subsidiaries

Requirements

- Master of Financial Management / Business and Industrial Engineering - At least 2 years of experience in the field of planning and management of holdings - Familiarity with trade rules - Familiarity with the principles and foundations of project management - Familiarity with business analytics and process development - Familiarity with the telecommunications industry - Strategic thinking - Ability to prepare and submit management reports - Familiarity with the concepts of program and budget - High flexibility - Negotiation skills - Decision making skills - Ability to create effective relationships and teamwork - Ability to plan and execute strategy
