Job Description

● Providing helpdesk support and resolving problems to the end user's satisfaction. ● Installing and maintaining software and hardware components, devices, printers, scanners, cameras, computers, etc. ● Assisting with network administration tasks. ● Installing and ensuring proper installation of network cables, nodes, connections, etc.

Requirements

● Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues. ● Able to focus under pressure. ● Self-motivated. ● Gender preference: Female. ● At least 1 to 2 years of experience as an IT service desk or help desk. ● Bachelor's degree in related fields.
