Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated help desk and IT support for technical telephony and remote desktop support of IP cameras and smart home products Main responsibilities: 1- Providing technical support to customers in installation and setup of IP cameras and smart home products. 2- Cooperation with the company's content provider in preparation of technical documents such as tutorials, product manuals, website posts, etc.
Requirements
1- Having knowledge of computer networking 2- Past experience with technical call center support is not mandatory but is an advantage 3- Good English reading and translation skills are an advantage 4- Working knowledge of WordPress platform is not mandatory but is an advantage.
